Large, non-smoking, four bedroom, vacation home, overlooking pastureland. Quiet location, set in the prestigious community of Oakpoint, off CR 54, in the Davenport area, yet very close to all the shops and restaurants offered on the 192 and the Championsgate Golf Course. Our home is conveniently situated near the I4 giving easy access to the theme parks of Orlando.

This vacation home features its own private, heated pool with relaxing area equipped with 4 luxury sun lounges and reclining chairs. The pool overlooks fields and woodland giving it a private peaceful setting.

Living Areas:
There is a spacious lounge equipped with Cable flat screen TV, DVD/CD. There is ample seating in the comfortable sofas and for dining there are 3 bar chairs at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (dish washer, coffee maker, ice machine & toaster), and the laundry is just next door complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board.
There is a dining area within the kitchen area with seating for 6 people.
To keep the children occupied there is a collection of games, jigsaws etc. We have also provided a selection of reading books, including books that are suitable for young children and teenagers.

Master Bedrooms:
The Master Bedroom is en-suite with a King size bed and a large walk in closet. It is equipped with Cable TV, and Direct access to the Pool Deck via the bathroom. The bathroom has a large walk in shower.

Other Bedrooms:
The remaining bedrooms are separate from the Master suite. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV and the third a Queen size bed and a twin bed with a portable combined TV/Video and a PS2 (with DVD) including 2 games and a selection of DVD's for guests use. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, TV and there is a further bathroom.

A crib, highchair and stroller are also available.

The villa is fully air conditioned with the added luxury of ceiling fans in all rooms.

Exterior:
One of the main features of the villa is the great South facing pool. The area overlooks pastureland giving a relaxing and peaceful setting. In addition to the pool, there is a large patio area with 5 sun lounges, plus a table and 5 reclining chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool.

There is also a BBQ provided.

Linen is provided including bath sheets, bath towels, hand towels and pool towels. Cleaning is carried out between lets, which is organised by our very efficient Management Company. The Company is always on hand should any problems arise.

Location & Surroundings:
Oakpoint is a prestigious community, off CR54 in the Davenport area. With it's quiet surroundings and mature landscaping, as a number of homes overlook pastureland, Oakpoint provides a truly relaxing holiday, whilst having easy access to all the attractions that Orlando and Kissimmee have to offer.
