Nicely furnished second floor unit two blocks from 10th Avenue beach access, two blocks from the bay, and two blocks from shopping and amusements.
Updated bathroom & kitchen, newer furniture & (Satellite - Dish Network w/ premium channels) TV in family room. Newer flooring throughout, Newer bedding & mattresses and large 'kid friendly' fenced in yard w/ swing set. Air conditioned.

Beach Haven is the perfect family-oriented vacation destination. The Beaches are very clean and well guarded. There are amusements for kids in town and should you have a day with less-than perfect weather there are many things to do just a short walk or drive away.

The house is in a perfect location. Everything is within walking distance. The Beach is two blocks away crossing two one-way slow traffic streets. Nightclubs, Shopping, Fantasy Island are all within a short walk.

The house was everything you said it would be. It's amazingly convenient to everything, the house is spotless, and has so many features to make ones stay comfortable, from the outdoor shower and bbq grill, to the washing maching dryer combo. Thank you so much for one of the best vacations the family has ever had.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
