As you amble up the old stone stairway (circa 1930) and through the wooden gate into the backyard you'll find a covered patio featuring a picnic table, gas grill and a large hot tub just perfect for your relaxing pleasure after a long hike through Panthertown Valley or one of the many other local hiking areas. For the fishing buff there is also an outside cleaning sink with running water.
Enter through the back door into the old fashioned kitchen with all the modern conveniences. Stepping into the living/dining room you'll see the large expanse of windows facing the lake and wrap around deck. Off the living room are the bedrooms and baths.
The deck (partially covered) runs the enitre front of the house and down one side. There's plenty of room for taking in the sunshine while you enjoy the lake views.
Your four legged friends will enjoy the freedom of the fenced front, back and side yards. The front deck is also gated if you want to keep your pet by your side.
