We just completed a family reunion with 15 people in this home for a week. Just a great experience. Lots of space. Beautiful & large grassy area all the way to the river. We brought all of our water toys and floated the river for miles. You can float up to 14 miles of the river, from the nearest damn, down to the house. Mild to moderate rapids, for kids and adults alike. House is in great shape, two complete homes in one. Fishing, swimming, and lots of room for outdoor games like volleyball and crochet. We would definitely come back again.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This was an amazing vacation for my family. We rented both the up-stairs and bottom level, and had plenty of room for all. My kids enjoyed feeding the deer off the back patio. Besides the deer, there isplenty of Candian Geese. There is plenty to do in Shady Cove with great restaurants, river rafting, and just taking in the Rogue River vistas. There is a lake near bye (Lost Creek Lake) located next to a fish hatchery. Besides all of the above, there are many local vinyards that want your business if you just want to take in wine tasting some afternoon. I highly recommend this location and suggest you talk with Don, who was very informative.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
