Located at only five minutes walk from the Old City and less than ten minutes walk from downtown, this beautifully refurbished luxury first floor apartment is around 1200 square feet.
It has been furnished to provide a real home from home experience.
The spacious lounge area contains two triple sofas (each converts to a full size twin bed) and a large flat screen TV with premium satellite and DVD. The dining room boasts a beautiful solid cherry wood table with seating for six. There's also a further triple seater sofa which again converts into a full size twin bed.
The fully equipped cherry wood kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, self cleaning oven, gas hob, microwave, electric kettle and dishwasher - so even gourmet chefs will be happy! In addition there are both regular and kosher dishes, pots and pans, and Shabbat catering equipment.
The utility room houses a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom contains a Queen size bed with a stunning cherry wood closet and large mirrored dresser with very ample drawer space, a half-bathroom is attached. There is a second full bathroom with tub and shower. In the second bedroom there are two twin beds (with two further beds popping up from underneath each bed) again with a huge closet.
The apartment accommodates up to nine comfortably plus it has a travel crib for families with a baby. High thread count linens and plush towels are provided. A variety of pillows, feather, soft and firm foam are also available. All pillows are replaced after just a few uses.
The property is located in an amazingly well preserved old world area of Jerusalem which has been in the main beautifully and sympathetically restored with old gas streetlamps, some cobbled side streets and some downright gorgeous old Arab style architecture. In recent years the surrounding homes have been snapped up by famous artists, thespians, writers and other intelligentsia. It is also a much preferred living area for personnel employed by the UN, European Commission, media organizations and international companies.
The location just can't be bettered! It's a beautiful safe and quiet neighbourhood comfortably straddling the Jewish-Arab areas of Jerusalem and within a few minutes walk of the best Jerusalem has to offer.

Why the Owner Chose Jerusalem
I was fortunate enough to be able to come and live in Jerusalem yet I never cease being overwhelmed by the wondrousness of this amazing city. I love being here so much and understand the draw that it has for so many. Almost as a vocation I want to offer everyone the opportunity to visit here. By providing superior yet reasonably priced accommodation at the heart of the tourist area, I can make it affordable for more people to visit including families.
The Unique Benefits of this Flat
Very comfortable facilities in a spacious well appointed apartment in a marvelous location, only a few minutes on foot from ninety percent of the most touristic and holy sites and sights of Jerusalem. New high quality furniture, total cleanliness, quiet serenity, satellite with numerous international television channels (including kids, sports and movies) a choice of regular or kosher catering facilities, excellent quality bedding, always available hot water, central A/C, ADSL/Wi-Fi and an extremely attentive responsive host. I can also recommend guides specializing in all religious orientations including very knowledgeable Christian guides. My eight year old daughter recommends this apartment because: I would love to stay here on vacation.
