We believe your stay at 22 Nubbin Reach will be a lasting memory. This beautiful old gingerbread style cottage was built around 1898. It has a lovely brick fireplace in the living room and open kitchen/dining room area, with a wrap around two-side porch to enjoy your morning coffee looking out at Sunset Point. It is a quiet little neighborhood where you can go for a stroll or bike around the point with your family and dog. The cottage has three bedrooms upstairs, two double beds, one twin, and one day bed. You will have all the basic amenities inside the cottage. It's up to you to set the mood for a relaxing and memorable vacation.
We are on the southeast shore looking toward Falmouth, Portland and the Islands in Casco Bay. There is assess to the ocean for swimming and kayaking. Located 15 minutes from LL Beans and outlet stores in Freeport, or 30 minutes from Portland; you can go to the art museum or the Old Port area and catch a ride on a ferry around Casco Bay or enjoy a Maine lobster. You are 30 minutes from Bowdin Collage in Brunswick, where you can experience a summer play. You can also become a part of the local celebration of the Yarmouth Clam Festival the third week of July.
Dogs are OK with the understanding any damage would be taken out of security deposit.
