Glenwood Springs is 12 miles to the NW which is home to the worlds largest mineral water heated pool. It was also featured as one of the best towns for fisherman. There is an abundance of outdoor activities available not to mention the second to none scenery.

Wild life, deer, elk, fox, coyotes, occasionally a bear, are seen regularly. The nearest town, Carbondale, is 5 minutes away, has great food and unique shopping. There is an abundance of outdoor activities is the most beautiful settings anywhere summer and winter alike. Aspen is close (20 mi) offering world class skiing. World class fishing also available, Glenwood Springs selected as one of the best places in the US for fishing.
