We stayed at the Villa guest floor for our daughter's Pepperdine University graduation. My sister went with us so we had 3 adults. This is the place to stay while in Malibu. The king size bed was very nice and my sister said the queen was wonderful. She was even trying to see what brand the mattress was so she could buy for herself at home. We enjoyed viewing the ocean every afternoon on the terrace. Very, very nice and private. In the mornings we would open doors to the terrace outside our bedroom and have coffee.. and of course admire the view. If you had 2 couples or a family you can have privacy. You are very close to all the activities and restaurants in Malibu. If you have a Pepperdine graduate this is the place to stay. This is the place to stay even if you don't .... I had emailed the owner on a schedule of us picking up the keys. And he said he would be there and greet us. Which he did, plus helped with the luggage up the stairs. Very kind, very sweet. Need I say, more?
