Rent a pontoon boat or a skiff, and take it to the Sandbar or Anclote Key for a day of shelling, fishing, snorkeling or Dolphin Watching.
This lovely home features a master bedroom with queen bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds . There are 1-1/2 baths and an open fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps four to six.
Dock for boating and fishing with direct gulf access on sailboat canal with NO bridges. FREE BEACH PASSES INCLUDED for the entire length of your vacation.
Ninety minutes to Disney and Orlando attractions and 30 minutes to Busch Gardens and Tampa attractions. Minutes to golf, shopping, beaches and gambling boat casino. We stayed here for 3 weeks in July and had a great time in New Port Richey! The house is very clean and has all the modern conveniences you need while on vacation. You are very close to restaurants and shopping but isolated enough so you feel a sense of privacy at this home. Debbie and Sandy are very nice people to work with and communicate with you very well.If you are going to stay in the New Port Richey area, this is a nice place to stay. We also enjoyed going to the private beach which was never crowded the entire time we stayed there. We had a very nice vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Well maintained property. Our family found the area peaceful & quiet. The dock was a great place to fish in the AM & PM. Bait shop right around the corner. Publix (supermarket) close by as well. Great staging area to travel to Tarpon Springs & Clearwater. Lots of city/county parks & beaches to visit within a 10-15 mile radius. We recommended our stay to other family members & friends. we look forward to our next vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+.

My Family stayed here the week on 4/16 - 4/22 and had the best time, so much to do,so peaceful The neighbors are friendly , My family rented a boat for 2 days from wind-song boats and they are very reasonably priced went to Anciote island , saw some dolphins, Caught a few baby sharks when fishing, My husband was so relaxed all he wanted to do was fish, so while he fished, I took the kids to the private beach.This is a vacation the kids will never forget, the worst part was .......... the drive there, and the drive backRecommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a very nice place. We stayed for the month of July 2010. The owner's were extremely helpful in accomodating any requests that we had. The house itself is very nicely maintained and clean. The pictures accurately reflect the cleanliness and amenities of the house. We certainly look forward to a return visit. I would definitely recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are Florida transplants and have both lived here for over 20 years. We are working folks with a grown daughter. We live close by in historical Tarpon Springs, Fl. We plan to retire in our vacation home (in 20 years) and are happy to share our little slice of paradise with you!
Why the Owner Chose New Port Richey:
We chose this location because of the convenience of shopping and being segregated from the busy beaches yet close-by. It has a community private beach and a club house. It's great for fishing and getting out to the islands with only a 5 minute boat ride to open water. It is truly a great spot.

The private beaches have covered picnic areas that are great for entertaining or just the two of you. It has a club house for social events. Also, the house has a dock for sitting, reading or fishing. It has a cottage feel on the water.
