The sofa bed is a high quality 'Jennifer Convertible' which includes a fully sprung queen sized bed-quality mattress (ie: as comfortable as any bed).
Decor and furniture is to a very high standard with wew wood floors, new bathroom and new tiles.

Why the Owner Chose Flamingo
The apartment is just two blocks from Lincoln Road (an open air, pedestrian area with high quality shops, restaurants, street cafes and bars). It's a great location overlooking the bay and just a few hundred yards from Ocean Road with its world famous bars, dance clubs and beach.

South Beach just has it all:-) The balcony overlooks the bay and pool. You can also walk through Flamingo's landscaped private grounds to the second pool or stroll along the bay-side walkway and look at the sunset, boats, dolphins and pelicans 'all within the comfort of private grounds with 24 hour security'.
A short walk (2/3rd KM) to the Ocean and Miami Beach's famous boardwalk.
Daytime teams with cafes, bars, beach activities, street markets, etc. Night time some of the world's best barsclubs.
Tennis, baseball and other sports can all be played here. Kids love the water splash park.
Ocean side club, good foodmusic. Try sunday brunch or arrive 5pm Sunday for after beach dinner.
Greek restaurant, good food, belly dancers, music, dancing on tables Reasonably priced, 'extremely' lively!
