Why the Owner Chose Anna Maria
From the very first visit I loved this island! And the beach ... well that's a whole 'nother story! This white silky sandy beach is awesome. My husband had grown up in the area and he always talked about it. Must experience it to know it. Shells and sand dollars galore. It's a dream come true to share this beautiful place with those you love :)
The Unique Benefits at this House
Perfect location on the island yet such a private retreat. A chance to see the sun rise every day! Short 5 minutes to the beach. A block to the Library and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Located towards the north end of the island.

Thanks so much for sharing your home with us once again!! We had an amazing week of fishing, swimming and the beach! We purchased a crab net and found all sorts of sea life inside each day!! We can't wait to return in June!! The Greer family

We had a fabulous time, my family loved both residences and cannot say enough about their time in FLA....my Dad fished every day (and caught lots of fish, the kids my sister, her partner and even I tried my hand!! We kayaked from the dock, loved the deck and we had visitations every day from a couple of herons who seemed to think that your dock and deck belonged to them. We saw dolphins every day and beautiful sunrises! A perfect vacation for all!. The pool was a little smaller than we envisaged from the photos but did not affect our enjoyment of it!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
