This is just so unique it is hard to describe in conventional terms.
Although all of the activities and amenities are listed, there is the intangible quality of the feeling of peace and natural beauty that is not a "checked item".
All of our friends and guests who have stayed here have written notes to us, and called us afterwards to say that it has been the most meaningful week-end, family vacation, special birthday celebration, or just a needed get-away.
There have been parties, retreats,two weddings, Nature Conservancy meetings, writing rooms, mountain bike clubs, University and church seminars....but most often families with friends and children celebrating just being together.
We have access to two community centers our guests are free to use. Available are four tennis courts and three swimming pools.
If you like to cook, talk, play games, prop your feet up and read in front of a fire , here it is. If you like to hike, fish, explore the woods and paths, you can spend weeks doing this. However, Brevard, NC is 11 miles "down the road" with superb restaurants, galleries, some boutiques, and major grocery and pharmacy chains. The best specialty grocery store "Poppies" is not to be missed.
There are world-class potters and musicians within a few miles; there is South Carolina's highest waterfall within a two mile hike.
Best of all, there is Nature's finest unobstructed spread of protected, undeveloped land off each of the two decks and out of all of the big windows: three states and the pristine Table Rock lake in a panoramic view spread out before you.

Why the Owner Chose Caesars Head
Many of the same families: grandparents, parents,have owned property in this community for 75 years. Lots of generations spent summers here and we built our home in hopes our children and grand children will do the same.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I have already described this. However, the biggest joy is the connection you are able to make within your own groups, families and friends as this is a house that pulls you in and comforts you.
