Thank you for viewing my lovely Villa. My Villa is only a short distance to the beach and all shopping and attractions. It is in the "heart" of Fort Lauderdale beach so you have the beach and the city all within a short distance. You can walk to the beach and the shopping malls but I do recommend a car. You will not find a more convenient location. The entire property is set up strictly for a "holiday" or vacation style ambiance. This means that the surroundings are conducive for a relaxing stay.1/2 mile to beach and amazing swimming pool!!!
The outside is set up with chase lounges, patio tables with umbrellas, chairs, and BBQ grill all amidst a very lush tropical setting. The property is completely fenced with palm trees and beautiful flowers and plants everywhere so you would be very peaceful and tranquil. The property also has a beautiful new pool. The property is in a very safe family neighborhood.
The subject Villa is a one bedroom with a Queen bed. There is also a Queen size Murphy bed to accommodate another two persons. There is one bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. The full kitchen has everything you would need including all cooking utensils. There is a dining area for four. Living Room area has seating and lounging for 4 and TV with DVD. This beautiful Villa was renovated only 1 year ago so all the furniture, beds, mattresses, linens, sheets and utensils are new. I manage and maintain the property myself so everything is in perfect working order, clean, fresh and new.
