Welcome to our Seascape Escape, a very comfortable, convenient and relaxed villa in a tropical setting for a great value. A short private walkway directly across the street takes you to the beautiful South Forest Beach!
This Seascape Villa is one of the closest units in the complex to Hilton Head's finest beaches! Situated on South Forest Beach Drive, we are nestled in between Coligny Plaza (wonderful shopping, dining and entertainment) and the Ocean Gate entrance to Sea Pines (Harbortown, South Beach Marina/The Salty Dog, shopping, dining and entertainment). The complex sits on lush, naturally landscaped grounds with lagoons and walking trails. There are two swimming pools located on the grounds and also direct access to the wonderful bike paths that wander throughout the island.
At the beach there is a Private Beach Cabana exclusive to Seascape owners and guests. The Cabana includes separate men and women restrooms and outside showers.
We have recently added a second unit available for rent, perfect for larger families and friends vacationing together that want to stay in the same complex. If you have inquiries about this unit please contact us via email. I will send photos and description of the property.

This was a great condo to stay in. It was just enough room and had most of the things we needed at an affordable price. The unit is located at the front of the complex, very close to the access to the boardwalk to the beach across the street. The only complaint I do have is there were no beach chairs, although we were told there would be some. We did not bring ours from home because of this and we waited all week for them until we finally gave up. That aside, if you are looking for a place to stay at an affordable price and close to the beach, this condo was pretty good.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
