Renting this property for our week of "making memories" was the smartest choice we could have ever made. We brought our children and four grandchildren (ages 4,7,10 &13) for their first visit to Disneyland where we played very hard for three days. We were able to save money by getting up and having breakfast and making a picnic lunch to take to Disneyland then we would come back to the house for dinner and let the kids swim in the pool. There was so much room in the house that we never stumbled over each other and there was so much for my grandchildren to do. Julie makes it easy for you by providing information on local beaches, stores, restaurants ect. We will definitly use the King Properties in the future. Thank you Julie.
Owner response:We are so happy to help families vacation dreams come true. Growing up in Southern California myself, I try to recommend things to do from the "local" perspective. Knowing that all enjoyed their visit is satisfying. Thank You! Julie & Bill King

We had a wonderful time staying at this house last week. It had plenty of room for our large group. All of the bedrooms were plenty big and had plenty of closet space. My daughter loved playing with all of the disney dolls in the house. The house had everything we needed. Even 2 washers and Dryers which was a great bonus. We really enjoyed how close it was to Disneyland. We could hear when the fireworks started each night. We are already wondering when we will be able to come again and use this house. We don't want to stay at a hotel for Disneyland ever again. A house is the only way to go. We were able to BBQ and cook each night which was nice after eating the overpriced food at the park during the day. We hope to be back soon!!

Three generations vacationed together in this house. We all agree it helped to make our stay memorable. Back home in our freezing weather we all miss the pool. The house is very clean and well stocked. Was recommended to us and we would certainly recommend it to all our friends and family. Enjoyed the fireworks from Disney in the evening, from the front and back yard. Thank you!

The home is designed not only for adults but for kids. Plastic cups and plates was provided and even a games area. With 10 adults and 5 kids in my group, we were concerned there would not be enough utensils but all were adequately provided including the laundry detergent! Wished there was an extra toilet and this house would be a 6 stars location.

This home was a perfect place for our families from Canada and Australia to have a reunion. There were six adults and six children and the accommodation was perfect for our group. The home is much bigger than portrayed in the pictures and has just about anything one would could wish for.The amenities were exceptional for both kids and adults. The outside entertainment area is ideal for a family meal and the pool was probably the highlight for the kids.Disneyland was about a ten minute drive away.Walmart and other stores were about five minutes away.We absolutely loved our stay in this home and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.Thank you very much Julie.....you made our six little Princesses very happy!

It is close to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Park, Medieval Times, Ice Skating Rink and the Ocean. Hanging out at the house and swimming in the pool and outdoor barbeque give one many alternatives. Great centrally located home to many fun places to visit while in southern California. My Childre and their families (grandchildren) had a great time.

We spent a week here in January 2011. There were 17 of us, 9 which are kids. We were so hoping this would work out for us all and **IT DID**. The kids probably had more fun here in the pool in the middle January than they did at Disneyland! (We're from ND!) Every amenity was available...towels, blankets, iron, hair dryer, stroller....you name it, they had it available. Not that it should be that important, but each uniquely decorated room was PERFECT for the younger kids, and the older ones had a blast with the ping pong table. Being able to do laundry was so useful! It is a little too far to walk with little ones to Disney, but it was literally about a 5 minute drive. We had a great time, and if we ever need to come back that way for a trip, would definitely choose this place again, NO QUESTION!

We took our kids and grandkids to Disneyland, San Diego zoo, Queen Mary and Seal Beach for a once in a lifetime Christmas family vacation. We all loved the home atmosphere, great amenities, comfortable beds, great location and most of all the best place close to all of this!! Home was clean, great shape and wonderful neighborhood. Julie and family thought of everything!! All 15 of us (ages4-62) couldn't have been more comfortable. IT WAS AWESOME!! Don't think twice-book now!! You won't be sorry.

This house had everything we needed for our week long vacation to Disneyland! It was super close to the parks, we saw the fireworks from the backyard at night! It fit all 18 of us in the house comfortably. Plenty of room and they really did think of everything you may need for your vacation. We definitely got use of the strollers/highchairs for the little ones. Julie was great to work with and she had everything ready when we arrived. It was nice to come back and relax at the house, we definitely preferred this over hotel rooms! We are already looking into the next time we go and the house will definitely be a must!! Thanks Julie!!

This house is perfect. We stayed in September 2010 with 6 adults and 4 kids. The kids ages are 3 months, 3 years, 4 years and 13 years old. There were toys for all of the kids including a bouncy chair for the baby. The movies for all ages of kids were great. The pool toys were an added bonus. The strollers at the house were very helpful so we didn't have to bring ours on the plane or rent one in Disneyland. The house had so much space for all of us. The house was very clean and the decor was very nice. The pool was my favorite feature. I love the locked fence around it so we didn't have to worry about the kids. The kids actually asked to leave Disneyland and go back to play at the house and in the pool. We were so close to Disneyland we were able to go back and forth all day. It is great to be able to go back to the house for lunch and dinner. Then we were able to watch the fireworks from the backyard. Julie is great to deal with and she answered my many many questions before we arrived. The information she left at the house regarding local attractions was very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone. One of my favorite parts of this vacation was relaxing at the house, sitting on the covered patio and swimming in the pool. Thanks Julie!

We came over from the UK and stayed at Julies beautiful house for 2 weeks this summer. Our group had two families - 4 adults and 4 children in total. The house is immaculate and has everything needed for a fantastic vacation. The photos dont do justice to the house and the pool in particular is larger than it looks. Our children had a wonderful time playing in the pool and in the games room. The bedrooms are all clear and spacious with really comfortable beds. The neighbourhood is quiet and only 5 minutes drive to Disney and the freeway. Julie was incredibly helpful - when we arrived one of the cables for the playstation was missing and Julie went out of her way to get a replacement and bring it round in person! Theres so much to do in the area. Our personal favourites were the Ruth Chris & Mortons steakhouses outside Disney, the Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney, Seal Beach and Balboa Island and a really memorable trip to San Diego and Sea World. We've rented many houses and villas around the world and can honestly say this one was excellent and would highly recommend it. Julie - thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful house. We hope to come back again soon. Pete

Our daughter and future son in law were graduating and we were looking for a place where we could stay with both sets of parents, one set of grandparents and the two graduates. This house was perfect. We used it as home base as we packed up their apartments and attended graduation. Every detail is anticipated and provided for. The decor is amazing. You feel pampered and comfortable. The pool and BBQ were perfect, as we spent a lot of time at the house. If we were a family that was Disney bound, I could not think of a more amazing place to stay. There are toys for the little ones and bedrooms that are fun to be in. Great, great place.

What a wonderful place to stay! Our party of 18 (eight adults, 10 kids) thoroughly enjoyed staying in this clean, comfortable home. All the necessities were provided, along with many extras we wouldn't have thought of (coolers for packing lunches, for eg). Staying in a home, rather than a hotel, made our holiday much more relaxing. The house was really close to Disney, and to good grocery stores. I'd recommend it to anyone!

This house was perfect! The owner thought of everything to make our stay the best California trip yet. The kids loved the game room and gaming system. The adults loved the flat screen to watch ball games on. There were plenty of strollers, cribs and high chairs for the babies. Directions were given for every thing you could have a question on. The 2 washers and 2 dryers made it so convenient to wash when necessary. It was so fun to watch the Disney fireworks every night from the backyard. We loved it!!!

Our family stayed in this house in December 2009. There were 10 children and 8 adults. There was so much space it was incredible. The owner has thought of everything. There are toys for the kids, games, the owner really has thought of everything possible to make this your best vacation ever. While close enough to walk to Disneyland , we drove as the weather was not very good for the week we were there. But if it had not been raining we would have walked for sure, saved 15 dollars a day in parking, plus by the time you wak back to the parking lot you could have walked back to the house. The pool was amazing, even in the cold weather in was nice a toast warm. I was just thinking of doing another family vacation and was looking up the house ,as we would certainly rent this spot again, when I realized that I had not written a review. My refund for damage deposit was refunded quickly and there was just nothing to complain about except the weather. But even that could not stop us from having fun. A couple of the days we just stayed home and hung out at the pool. The house is also so close to all major shopping, and grocery stores. Great place, highly recomend this place Teresa

This rental home is very clean and all the furniture is/looks new. The house is kid/baby friendly. No hazards that the kids can get into. It's about a 15 minute walk for adults to Disney. Easy to get to from the house. Plenty of amenities. My family can't stop talking about how perfect the house was for us! Lots of room, comfortable beds, lots of closet space, lots of towels, 2 washers, 2 dryers, Plastic plates/cups for the kiddies, highchairs, baby bouncer, strollers, playstation (guitar hero), movies, big patio area for BBQ's and much more! If you are thinking about renting near Disney, this is the place to be! You won't be disappointed, trust me!

What a great place to stay! Our family of 8 adults and 10 children just stayed in this home. We all had a great time. The kids stayed busy when we were there with the games, TV, pool table, pingpong and the swimming pool. There are plenty of towels and beach towels. We cooked a few meals at the house and there are plenty of dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. I walked every morning and enjoyed the pretty flowers and the neighborhood. There is a nice park close by. Julie is GREAT! Anytime I have emailed her with anything she has got right back with me. Pick this house!! It is great!

The best decision we have ever made on a holiday was to stay in this house! There was no detail that was missed and the house was clean and organized which made everyone feel right home during our entire vacation. It was close to Disneyland and provided the perfect place to unwind both for adults and children after a long day at the park. The Children loved the pool, video games and toys that were provided and the house was the perfect place to take a day off and recharge! I would definitely recommend this house and the owner to anyone planning a vacation to Disneyland.
