These Houses sit on one acre land Along with our other rentals that sleeps upto 90 people. Each house is rented to one group. We do not rent to individuals traveling. Perfect for couples or Large Groups traveling together! It is located 30 sec. from Beautiful Balnerio La Playa Cerro Gordo, Dorado. La Playa Cerro Gordo has some of the best reef snorkeling / diving in P.R. The reef stretches almost one mile! La Playa Cerro Gordo is located five minute walk or bike East of a beautiful 3 mile Ocean Cliffside stretch of Natural Reserve with Mountain Bike trails, Igauna's, Private Ocean Bays and much more. Five minute walk or bike to the West and you have a five mile stretch of Untouched Natural Beach. Boat launching, Kayaking, Horseback Riding, Restaurants, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Climbing, Surfing, are also available. Close to many available attractions. Brochures available! Personal local guidance available, just ask! We are here to make sure you have a relaxing stress-free Vacation.

Cancelations: Cancellations are not accepted. No cancellations or loss of deposit will occur. If cancellations occur less than 30 days prior to arrival and full payment has been sent, the total amount of the reserved stay is due and will not be returned. When there is an immediate death or illness, we do offer a change of stay, within 2 years time, if that time is available (proof of death certificate is necessary, sorry). This applies to the amount paid for rent, not the deposit. The deposit can be reused again as long as the cancellation occurred more than 14 days prior to arrival. These offers only apply to the 1rst cancellation. There are no offers for 2nd or 3rd occurrences of cancellations regardless if any situation.
$310 Deposit Required, $75 goes towards linen & house cleaning fee and $59 towards Property Damage insurance Policy. No show, no return policy. Any missing, lost, stolen items will be discussed and possibly deducted and or charged to the renter. Damaged & or broken items are usually covered by the rental insurance (All items must be reported to the owner whether missing, lost, stolen, damaged or broken). PR Rentals works on a first deposit first serve basis. If you would like to reserve a time slot, send an email requesting a Pay Pal invoice for the Deposit or full amount. If another person sends in the deposit before you for the same dates, we will refund your deposit immediatly unless we have another House that you are satisfied with to rent to you. Strict No smoking in the house policy (That includes Anything that Emits smoke). You do it, you are out, lose your deposit and rent. When you rent a time slot, we deny other prospects. If you feel the house is completely misrepresented and you do not want to rent it when you first inspect the house with the owner ,you are more than welcome to inform the owner and work things out. Notification must be immediate, not after you stay for 4 nights! If you leave early for any reason and decide to stay somewhere else, you may. Although the full amount of rent, Cleaning, insurance and all other and possibly more fees are due, unless otherwise discussed between the renter and owner and agreed upon. We will always work out out any situation that is discussed in a calm, muture manner and has proven that we are in the wrong and or mis-representing. We will not deal with drunkenness, drug use, violence or any form of abuse or destruction or theft. Those matter get directly reported to the police and renters will be removed from the house losing everything. All rights will be lost. All verbal and written cotracts will become void on thier part. The owner has the right to refuse,deny or remove any renter or guest for any reason.
Property Damage Protection: All renters will have deducted from there Deposit $59 for Property Damage Protection.

John was available at anytime we called. He even set us up with snorkeling, Mountain biking, Kayaking and Scuba Diving! The house is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere, close to the beach too! I stayed with a group of 13 in the bigger building. There was plenty of space (decent kitchen, plenty of beds, a nice projection tv, and great outdoor space with a grill, big tables, a volleyball net, etc. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations - the owner John was always available, unbelievably nice, and super helpful. He has great recommendations for local attractions, set us up with snorkel equipment, and checked in constantly to make sure we were all set with kitchen and other household supplies. This property is a great option for spring breakers or other large groups. It's located in a small town, but the property is so large that you really feel like you have your own space. Definitely beats staying in a hotel/resort. You will want to rent a car for the duration of your stay to get the most out of Puerto Rico. We had a fantastic time! This place is perfect for pretty much any group or family, and the property owner was more than helpful in helping us get settled and find what we needed. We stayed 8 nights, and it was as comfortable as anyone could have asked for. The beach is fantastic, and barely a 3 minute walk away!Owner response: Thanks guys, Glad you enjoyed yourselves!

I and a group of about ten friends spent our spring break here and couldn't have been happier. John was extremely helpful, answering all of our questions about where to go and things to do in great detail. It's so close to the beach and other attractions (bars, snack stands, restaurants, etc.). The price is right, too! We had a great time during our week's stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing time in Puerto Rico without the madness of San Juan!Owner response: We enjoyed having you all! Came with a group of 9 and stayed on the smaller property. The beach nearby is excellent, and John was extremely hospitable. Like others have said, I'd recommend a car to explore the rest of the island, but there are a couple things within walking distance. We had a really great time.Did you find this review helpful? My group had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. It was very close to a beautiful beach and central to other attractions. I would recommend getting a car and seeing other parts of the island. John was friendly and accommodating. He had great suggestions of things to see and plenty of things to do inside and around the house.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This house was perfect! Even with a party of 11 people, we found it spacious and comfortable. The owners were sooooo nice and friendly. They were very helpful in navigating us to any destination, supplying equipment for activities, and even suggesting non-tourist sites (which were AWESOME!!). The house was perfectly clean when we arrived and supplied with beach and shower towels. There's a fast washing machine/ dryer which comes in handy after days at the beach. The house is surrounded by a gate and fencing, but the neighborhood is very safe and locals are friendly. The location of the house is perfect for listening to the waves in the morning and looking at the stars at night. The house is right on the beach for those who want to relax; there are bars within a block or two; private beaches and hiking areas all within walking distance that provide GOREGOUS views. There are some activities in Puerto Rico that you may want to visit if you have a car, such as the Bio Bay or rain forest. Otherwise, you can just save money and enjoy the sights around the house and relax on the beach. This was a perfect get-away! I highly recommend this property and would like to visit again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Like everyone said, John was super helpful and always available. The house was spotless when we got there and the beds were surprisingly very comfortable and comfortably fit our group of 11 people. Beaches, hiking trails, and private bays were within walking distance and just like in the pictures! Gorgeous! We were set up with snorkeling equipment for the reef, a kayak, a grill, internet, GPS, and lanterns with directions to Mirror Cave (a must see). With a rental car, you could easily see all the touristy parts of PR as they are close by (definitely the rainforest, ferry to old San Juan, etc). Locals and neighborhood dogs were friendly as well. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
