Tucson is a town in the south of Arizona, surrounded by spectacular mountain views and breath-taking desert scenery. Dominated by saguaros and desert flowers, a touch of the Wild West, as known from many great movies, can always be felt. From September to April the climate is moderate or warm whereas the summer months are hot and dry, but never unpleasant due to low humidity. 350 days of sun per year are the rule. In the city one is aware of the influence of near-by Mexiko. Life offers all the comforts of a typical American city, but in combination with the relaxation of the southern way of life. The overwhelming scenery as well as attractions like the Kartchner Caverns, the Old Tucson Movie Studios, Tombstone (Wyatt Earp) invite to excursions and the picturesque old town call for a stroll through the city. With over 70 golf-courses within a small range, Tucson is a paradise for golfers.

The discription and the photos don`t do justice to this beautiful house in the foothills of Tuscon. This house makes you feel at home in a split second. It is 100% justified that you call it your paradise. We needed a place to rest for a while and your house was just the place for doing that. But also the surroundings are beautiful and plenty of things to do if you want to. Only problem is that it`s hard to leave.... Thanks Pete and Louise (Belgium)

Thank you so much for renting us your dream home. It was everything your listing indicated and then more! The pool was fabulous. The views from the veranda breathtaking and the kitchen more than well equipped. Also the master bed was so comfy and the living room was gorgeous! We look forward to returning to this wonderful oasis for another beautiful retreat in the future.

My family stayed in your lovely home this past week for our son's graduation from the University of Arizona. We all enjoyed the pool and beautiful views from your large back porch. We liked the secluded location and even saw some wildlife while sitting on the porch, two coyotes, lots of hummingbirds, and two different types of bunnies. We highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of vacationing in the Tucson area.

We loved the house on -----. It was perfect for our needs. The decor and furnishing were lovely and we had everything we needed. The open floor plan is terrific and watching the sunset and city lights from the master tub can't be beat. The Internet access was great and handy for our youngest daughter who was with us only for the weekend and had to study for finals during her stay. Thanks for providing all of the kitchen staples. Yours is the first house that has offered such complete supplies. We especially enjoyed the veranda, early in the morning for coffee, during the day for rest from the heat and in the evening overlooking the lantern-lit pool area. We especially enjoyed the wildlife, birds and rabbits everyday. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, what a relaxing place to spend vacation. We did have some trouble with the air the first night, but the maintenance team was right on the spot and had us up and going right away. They also pulled back the pool cover as well and checked back with us a couple days later to make certain everything was running smoothly. They were friendly and professional. Your property is wonderful, we hated to leave. We would certainly recommend it and stay again on a future trip to Tucson. Your hard work and investments are apparent and will be appreciated by those who follow our inaugural stay. It was a privilege to be your first tenant. Warmest regards, Michelle Van Allen
