This patio has a lovely view and is situated on the 17th fairway on one of the two fabulous Golf courses. In the winter the front patio is an ideal breakfast spot to catch that early morning sun.
Sun City is within minutes from a shopping centre that can be driven to by Golf cart. The other large shopping centres are only minutes away by car. The community includes several outdoor swimming pools and one very large indoor pool, many tennis courts, 2 large fitness centres, library, a pool hall, Bocci ball courts, full size 18 hole putting course, golf driving range, Club house, many clubs and other activities.
The rental includes a battery operated golf cart. Available immediately for seasonal rental $1200.00 summer rates to $3900.00 winter rates and $3200.00 for shoulder rates. The community is very quiet and the house is within a few miles of Palm Springs and many other Desert communities.
