Don't even think Condominium, this is an old Conch House that was completely renovated in 2005. This unit was the entire first floor of the original house and occupies the entire yard, with off-street parking and a private fenced courtyard with a private heated pool, lush landscape, including key lime, mango and avocado trees. Situated on a narrow street off Truman Avenue, the neighborhood is home to many Key West locals. You can walk to Fausto's for groceries, and on the way get Cuban Cafe, window shop on Truman and White Street or stop in the local wine shop. The beach is a short walk, a fabulous yoga studio is around the corner. There are many art galleries in this neighborhood, and the restaurants of Key West and Duval Street are all around. A car is not necessary, this is a perfect location to bike everywhere.
The Interior is comfortable and upscale, decorated with Colonial West Indies Decor. There are two bedrooms with closets and queen size beds. One of these bedrooms has a private bath with tub and shower. The other bedroom has access to a private bath with a large shower. There is also a bedroom size den with a closet and queen sleeper sofa, which could be used to sleep two people. Linens and towels are provided. The house has a washer and dryer.
The Kitchen is modern and spacious, and located just off the living dining area. Open up the double French doors and the exterior can be an extension of the living area. There is a gas grill and dining for four outside, or a 6 person dining area inside. Wireless internet is available.
Enjoy the sounds of the water feature outside as you relax by the pool. Enjoy fresh Avocados in August, Mangos in May and key limes periodically on the old trees in the courtyard.
Well behaved Children and Pets are welcome. No smoking inside.

Our stay at this condo couldn't have been any better. We were very happy with the home, courtyard/pool, and location. We plan to stay here again. The owner is a pleasure to work with and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Everything we needed was in the condo. Very Pleased...Thanks for a great vacation.

We stayed here 1st week of May 2011. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Within biking distance of everything Key West has to offer - only 2 or 3 blocks from Duval Street. Very clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed The Grand, Kelie's,Sunset Pier, and the outdoor bar at Louies' backyard.

My friends and I stayed here December 2009 and it was truly awesome!! Walking and Biking distance to everything and a wonderful pool to relax in when you weren't out roaming. The furniture was comfortable and the place nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed! 5 Stars!!
