Located in Saddlebrooke, an active adult golf community north of Tucson, Arizona, this 2200 square foot home backs up to the Santa Catalina Mountains. The east facing rear patio offers unobstructed 180 degree views of the mountains. Location is as close to mountains as you can get in Saddlebrooke.

This house has been completely remodeled in 2009 with new upgraded kitchen cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, southwestern ceramic tile floors and updated master bath with new shower and frameless glass surround and door. Large great room with panoramic views of the Catalina Mountains and southwest style entertainment center with 46 inch LCD TV, DVD player and surround sound.

Den has a computer with high speed internet connection. Phone service with unlimited long distance, utilities and Dish network TV service are included. All linens, towels, dishes, silverware, pots and pans are furnished. Both bedrooms have a queen bed and the den has a trundle bed that opens to sleep two.

Saddlebrooke is a great community that has three golf courses and three clubhouses with restaurants, fitness centers, pools, tennis courts as well numerous other amenities. All, except golf, can be used by residents and renters at no additional cost. Golf fees vary from around $60 during prime times to afternoon and off season rates of around $25. A golf cart is also included in rental for use on the golf course and around the community. This is a must for golfers since carts are not included in green fees. Saves $12 per person per round on Saddlebrooke golf courses.

Owners are full time Saddlebrooke residents and will be available to provide information and help to make your stay more enjoyable if needed. This house has some of the best and most unobstructed mountain views in Saddlebrooke.

Note: One member of group must be at least 40 years old due to neighborhood requirements.

Saddlebrooke is one of the most scenic locations in the southwest. While vacationing here we discovered some of the best weather and friendliest residents of any of the other areas we researched. While a little remote and teeming with wildlife, it is also located within an easy drive of Tucson and Phoenix.

    • Spectacular mountain views is an under-statement! This is our fifth home rental in Saddlebrooke and by far it had the best views from the great room, kitchen, nook, master suite and, of course, the rear patio. The home is in perfect condition. Having the electric golf car to run around the community was a big plus! Mike is a terrific host and I would highly recommend this premier property. We are currently building in Saddlebrooke and look forward to having Mike as a neighbor. Go NC State (unless they are playing my Wolverines!).

    • Everything is better than described by the owner. The newly remodeled home is totally furnished and has a fantastic mountain view with no other houses in sight. Each day we spent time on the rear patio enjoying that view and all the wildlife just behind the back yard. Everything worked perfectly, from the WiFi to the coffeemaker to the zippy golf cart, which was indispensable. We used it to explore the community and go to the nearby restaurants and other facilities, as well as for golf. The helpful owners, Mike and Jo Ann, live a short distance away and were truly a pleasure to get to know. In fact, we enjoyed the whole experience so much that we’re now in the process of buying a house in Saddlebrooke. Unfortunately, it won’t have the one-of-a-kind view that Mike’s house has.
