Come to beautiful Bethany Bay. Any condo you rent in Bethany Bay will provide you with good views. However, I specifically purchased this 1919 square foot, two level, four bedroom, four bathroom, end unit condo with front porch and screened in back porch on “The Pointe” because from it one has spectacular waterfront and marsh land/wetland views.
You may also note that even with these views and all the great accommodations that the Bethany Bay Community offers: swimming pool and hot tub, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, work out center with equipment, kayaking, nature trails, all interwoven within a nine hole golf course, I have very modestly priced my condo.
Given all that one can do within Bethany Bay you may not find yourself wanting to venture from it, however, if you wish to, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, Rehobeth and Ocean City are within close proximity along with many other amusement and recreational activities. For your dining pleasure whether it be for a sophisticated night out or fast food out or picked up and brought back to the condo to enjoy with the family, you will find both options are mere minutes away.
While the few pictures accompanying this listing will provide you with an indication of the views and accommodations to be had, I can, once contacted email more views of the interior of the condo, as well as many more picturesque views of the beautiful natural surroundings.
Renters must supply their own linens, i.e. sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc..
Saturday to Saturday Rental.
Rentals for less than one week are negotiable for price and length of stay.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: One half of total rent for your stay is due at time of agreement. Second half of total rent plus a $200 refundable damage deposit is due 30 days prior to the start of your stay.
