Our home is located on 200 front feet of Lake Michigan, facing south. A kyak and "boogy board" are available for renters enjoyment. It has an expansive deck and a screened in porch. It is located 6 miles from downtown Harbor Springs where there are excellent restaurants and good shopping, antiquing, and a multitude of water sports.
We are close to three outstanding golf courses, True North, Boyne Highlands, Little Traverse Bay Golf and Country Club and the Harbor Point course, open to non members after 1:00 p.m. There are public tennis courts by the Marina in town and additonal courts at the various schools. We are within 40 minutes drive from Mackinaw City, about 25 minutes from the sand dunes at Wilderness State Park (Sturgeon Bay) There is also wonderful cycling, so bring your bikes if you are bikers!
If you are interested in flying in by private jet, you can get fly directly in to Harbor Springs airport. A larger airport located in Pelleston, Michigan is located approximately 25 miles away.
A 50% deposit is required and must be received within 15 days of making your reservations. The balance along with a 250.00 security deposit to cover any damages is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Year Purchased: 1996
My husband and I have been vacationing in Harbor Springs since we were first married. Every summer I have packed up my two girls and we headed north to spend our summers, joined by my husband Patrick every weekend. We are at that transition time in our lives now with one daughter off to college and wanting to stay home in East Lansing so that she can spend time and reconnect with her other college friends. My other daughter will be working in Harbor Springs at the Birchwood Golf and Country Club.It is for this reason that we will not be spending our entire summer in Harbor Springs this year. As the kids get older, family patterns and activities change. We have not rented our place before but feel that it would be sad for others not to enjoy what we consider a little piece of heaven.
