This charming 4 bedroom home was totally renovated in 2005. It has a new kitchen with granite and concrete counter tops, 3 new bathrooms, master bath with Jacuzzi and glass shower. The spacious, sunlit, living room, with wood burning fireplace and cathedral ceiling has sliding glass doors opening onto a mahogany deck, overlooking a 20x40 heated pool, beautifully set in an acre of lawn, flower beds and mature landscaping.
Master suite with queen bed is separated from the 3 other bedrooms, one of which has a private entrance, and skylights.
My house is in pristine condition with beautiful furnishings, fine art and accessories. I'd like it to remain that way. My preference is to rent to a responsible family, two couples or 3-4 mature adults. References and security required.

Why the Owner Chose East Hampton
I grew up on Long Island, and loved all that it had to offer. When I wanted to purchase a weekend retreat I went "home" but this time to East Hampton on the east end. The Hamptons have woods for hiking, beaches for sunning and swimming, family farm stands where you can buy corn just picked that morning, and tomatoes that still taste like tomatoes, and a big beautiful sky above fields of local produce. And, there is so much more. Live theater, concerts, world class galleries and museums, health spas, kayaking, independent bookstores, art films, antique shows, and classes in art, music, yoga and almost anything else your heart may desire.
The Unique Benefits at this House
My property is perfectly located on a quiet street in the village of East Hampton. It is walking distance from town, the train and the jitney. It is a short bike ride to the ocean beaches or a long walk if you prefer. I can walk to a small store for a newspaper, container of milk or a cup of coffee. The totally private backyard has a 20x40 heated pool, set in an acre of flower beds and mature trees.
