Our luxury, custom-built homestead on beautiful, 6000-acre Lake Weir will treat you to breathtaking sunsets year-round. The sandy-bottom, clear lake is ideal for swimming, boating, fishing, and water sports of all kinds. Three restaurants and two parks around the lake can be accessed by boat. A 600 Square foot covered 'tiki hut' deck overlooking the lake and screened boathouse provide the perfect place for entertaining friends or relaxing with family.
The 4000-square-foot house sits on six acres in a secluded, gated subdivision with paved roads great for walking, biking, and skating. Kids will enjoy their own play room and game room(with pool table) when they are not in the water.
Centrally located in the state, Florida's beaches on either coast are within 60 miles, as are Disney World and Universal Studios. Ocala's Silver Springs and Wild Waters are less than 30 minutes away.
