Why the Owner Chose Bigfork
This was Laurie and Dan Averill's personal home for over 30 years. In 2004 they built a new home on adjoining property which they own. Because of the years of memories and the unique and special nature of the property they elected to keep the home and vacation rent it. This is a fun home, in a great location, that relates to the water extremely well. The property is surrounded by Averill's Flathead Lake Lodge Dude Ranch so privacy and fun are everywhere.
