Charming, 1930's bungalow with commanding view of Severn River, right on the water, has its own private deep-water pier, swimming, and boating: our kayak, canoe and paddleboat, right at our dock! AND, crabbing: famous Chesapeake Blue Crabs can be netted right off our dock
Recently renovated and includes central air conditioning, this house is light and bright, with high ceilings, ceiling fans, and beautiful wood floors throughout. Each room is completely furnished with linens, towels, etc. and other high end appointments, including digital cable TV and high speed internet for your laptop.
The huge master bedroom suite upstairs has a cathedral ceiling, a king-size bed, 2 walk-in closets, and its own private bath with shower and tub. Downstairs has a full bath with shower and tub and second Bedroom with twin beds; queen-size sleeper in living room with fireplace and French doors opening to wraparound, enclosed, sun porch. Two full-sized daybeds on the sun porch.
A fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room provides seating for ten; or enjoy sunset and dining from one of two patios, with picnic table and grill. Full-size washer and dryer, central air conditioning and heat make it a comfortable, year-round retreat.
Neighborhood grocery store and services five blocks away; walk one-half block to community beach and picnic area; visit the park with tennis and playground, or hop the nearby bike path.
For restaurants, shops, and sightseeing, visit nearby Annapolis. Or, try Washington D.C., just 30 miles away.
