Also enjoy a full deck with propane barbecue. Other amenities include a fully furnished kitchen with Jenn-Aire stove, satellite TV, VCR, and music system.
Within about a 10 minute drive you'll find ... Two golf courses, a cinema, restaurants, skiing, trophy fishing streams/rivers, lakes, state parks, waterfalls with swimming holes, and plenty of peace and quiet.

Stayed at the cabin end of October 2011. When we showed up, we were welcomed by about 50+ deer on the property. It had all the amenities and was very comfortable. For fly fishing folk like us, it was the perfect location to Upper and Lower McCloud River. Squaw creek out back is very small and lots of brush, too hard to fish. The fire pit out back was a great way to share stories at the end of the day. Thank you for a sharing a great place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers.

This coming May of 2010 will be my fourth stay at this wonderful cabin, I just love this place! Some of my dear friends come down from Oregon and stay a few days with me and my dear wife. My friends and I lived here in this town of McCloud when we were children, So for the past 15 years I have rented out a house or a cabin in this area. PS (This Cabin is the right place for you to stay, plus the price per-day is not bad at all. Think about this place the next time you come to McCloud California.) Ps I'm arriving in May,17th 2010 below where you place the Date of Arrival it would only go thru april of this month.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We purchased this 2 acre lot back in 1973 and spent years camping in the meadow. After the kids got old enough to complain about camping AND could afford to help pay for a mortgage ... we built this wonderful vacation home. Now, we spend winters skiing at Mt. Shasta and summers fishing the McCloud and other area rivers. The town is absolutely wonderful. Don't miss this!
