  I would like to start by saying this was the most wonderful vacation because this owner makes the process so easy and is a man with integrity because everything he says or pictures portrayed about the condo are accurate. The accommodations were perfect! The condo felt like home, so I experienced an immediate peace and serenity that allowed me to decompress and relax. The location is convenient to the beach, pools, or Louisianna Lagniappe, a fantastic restaurant that is located on the property. The owner spoiled me with a washer/dryer (ok, that's the Dutch coming out in me) and Wii Fi. In my mind, I have found my dream destination. The condo combined with the most beautiful beaches, and access to great restaurants met all my expectations, in fact, it was Better than my dreams! If you want your dreams fulfilled, this is the destination for you!

  Very comfortable condo. The beachwalk area in Sandpiper Cove is a convenient area and close to the beach. I will definitely request this condo again when I visit Sandpiper Cove.

  My friend and I brought my 2 teenage daughters and 2 of their friends. It was a perfect size and location. Close to the main pool and with in walking distance to the beach. The condo was up to date and fresh looking. The staff was courteous and friendly. AJ's is a great place to eat. Lot's to do. Parasailing, pontoon rental. Crab Island was fantastic! The ocean has the clearest water and whitest sand. This was our second trip and we plan to make it an annual one. We'll have lots of great memories. Thanks so much!!!!

  The unit was described accurately. It was very clean and well maintained and very quiet. It was close to the beach, about 3 to 5 minute walk and very close to the pools (1- 2 minute walk). The owner was very helpful answering questions and was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and will stay here in the future.

  Enjoyed staying in the condo this winter..lovely new furniture...quiet accommodation for seniors. The condo is well equipment with TVs, internet and DVD...Enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard and sunsets on the beach.

  We were so excited to find this condo at Sandpiper Cove. The price was great and the owner so helpful and easy to work with. And when we arrived we were not disappointed. The whole area is very well maintained. The staff is fantastic. The location was perfect and SO close to the beach. The condo was much bigger than we expected. And my husband loved being able to practice on his golf game. Thank you for a great first trip to Destin!

  I have rented several properties in Destin and all have been in Sandpiper. This property is by far my and my family's FAVORITE!! Location was perfect! Furnishings and amenities were great! The condo was very beautiful, well kept, and clean. The location can't be beat, just off the beach and right in the middle of anything you need. My kids wanted to go ahead and make sure we booked the same Condo for next year - unfortunately we have to wait for school calendars. I would highly reccomend this unit and have already done so to other family members when we got back home........ Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!!

  We had the best time ever, the swimming pool and hot tubs were just a walk away :) the kids loved going there at night.. It was Very Clean and SO BIG, BONUS was the washer and dryer :) and everything you need was right there, you are so close to the coves or seriously just a walk away from the beach, or Walgreens or Target. We couldn't ask for anything better!!!!! Any questions we had Rich was right there so thank you for making our summer vacation super fantastic :) will 100% be back next year!!

  We absolutely LOVED staying here. The condo had everything we needed and was so roomy. It was great having the extra bedroom for the two teenage girls to have some privacy. We loved the proximity to everything - shopping, the pool and hot tub and most importantly, the beach! The condo was such a quick walk to the beach, we sometimes just strolled over to check things out. One morning I was treated to dolphins surfing the waves right in front of the sandpiper beachhouse. The condo was clean and we loved making dinner there a few nights and eating out on the patio. I would totally rent here again or recommend it. We rented last minute and the owner was very accomodating with making sure everything was set for us quickly. This was totally worth a little more to not have that one room you get in a hotel and this unit far exceeded our expectations.
