Lovely, well decorated two bedroom condo in the popular Beachwalk area of Sandpiper Cove (SPC). No elevators or steps here...park right outside your door and walk directly into this first-floor pristine unit. A five minute walk across the street brings you to the beautiful white sands of SPCs private beach. Or walk 150 feet to the main Sandpiper Cove pool with 3 hot tubs.
This unit is very nicely furnished. It has a master suite with queen-size bed and a second suite with 2 twin beds. We added a new queen-size sleeper sofa in 2011. Also new for this year is free high-speed wireless internet.
SPC is a low density, unique residential-style resort occupying 43 acres with borders of the Gulf of Mexico to the south and the Destin Harbor to the west. Favorite amenities include 1100 ft. of beachfront, five pools, six tennis courts, canal boat docking on a first come basis, an on-site fine dining restaurant (the Louisianna Laniappe), boat-ramp, marina, and the all-time favorite; a nine hole par three pitch and putt golf course which meanders the entire northernmost acreage of Sandpiper Cove.

Why the Owner Chose Sandpiper Cove
We have vacationed at Sandpiper Cover for many years. We decided to buy this unit next door to my parent's unit when it came up for sale. We love the Destin area and the Sandpiper amenities. The beach is by far the best attraction! The seafood restaurants are a close second.

Destin has great seafood and by far the best beaches we have ever seen. We love the sugar-white sand, the emerald water, and the great pools at Sandpiper Cove. The area is safe and calm and relaxing!

We were so excited to find this condo at Sandpiper Cove. The price was great and the owner so helpful and easy to work with. And when we arrived we were not disappointed. The whole area is very well maintained. The staff is fantastic. The location was perfect and SO close to the beach. The condo was much bigger than we expected. And my husband loved being able to practice on his golf game. Thank you for a great first trip to Destin!

I have rented several properties in Destin and all have been in Sandpiper. This property is by far my and my family's FAVORITE!! Location was perfect! Furnishings and amenities were great! The condo was very beautiful, well kept, and clean. The location can't be beat, just off the beach and right in the middle of anything you need. My kids wanted to go ahead and make sure we booked the same Condo for next year - unfortunately we have to wait for school calendars. I would highly reccomend this unit and have already done so to other family members when we got back home........ Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!!

We had the best time ever, the swimming pool and hot tubs were just a walk away :) the kids loved going there at night.. It was Very Clean and SO BIG, BONUS was the washer and dryer :) and everything you need was right there, you are so close to the coves or seriously just a walk away from the beach, or Walgreens or Target. We couldn't ask for anything better!!!!! Any questions we had Rich was right there so thank you for making our summer vacation super fantastic :) will 100% be back next year!!

We absolutely LOVED staying here. The condo had everything we needed and was so roomy. It was great having the extra bedroom for the two teenage girls to have some privacy. We loved the proximity to everything - shopping, the pool and hot tub and most importantly, the beach! The condo was such a quick walk to the beach, we sometimes just strolled over to check things out. One morning I was treated to dolphins surfing the waves right in front of the sandpiper beachhouse. The condo was clean and we loved making dinner there a few nights and eating out on the patio. I would totally rent here again or recommend it. We rented last minute and the owner was very accomodating with making sure everything was set for us quickly. This was totally worth a little more to not have that one room you get in a hotel and this unit far exceeded our expectations.

My family and I recently visited the condo, we really enjoyed our stay. We were able to park literally steps away from our front door, which was a huge plus for us having 3 boys and 1 of them being a toddler. Walking to the beach was great too, as we were right at the front of the complex. Are teenage boys enjoyed having the swimming pool so close too. We enjoyed our time at Louisiana Lagniappe so much that we took the family twice the week were there. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us to stretch out and the second bedroom was perfect for my older boys to get away and get the time they needed. We will definately be back! Thanks again and it was well worth the visit!

Great week at the beach - NO OIL - the water was crystal clear just like in the islands. This property is conveniently located to everything. Great family area - pools are not crowded, beach is just a short walk and great restaurant just a few yards away. Will definitely stay here again.
