Gundogan is an authentic, charming village town, situated close to many of Bodrum's most exciting venues. Take a look on Google Earth!! Everything is available within a few minutes -- restaurants, the beach, massage/spa, windsurfing club, grocery shopping, and much more. Gundogan is a few minutes drive to the new yacht marina in Yalikavak and a short drive to the pulsing nightlife at Turkbuku.
Gundogan is centrally located on the Bodrum Peninsula. Our property is within a gated compound consisting of 10 villas. The house is about 200 square meters. A couple is in residence at the compound to oversee the property. We have a local agent who will gladly assist you with ground transfers, shopping, car rental, medical emergency, etc. The balcony is large (accommodates a comfortable dining table) overlooking beautiful Gundogan Bay -- one of the most pristine Bays in Turkey.
Our home was completely renovated in 2010. The original structure was taken down to the foundations and replaced with a spacious, stunning, contemporary style home overlooking a lovely Aegean bay. Our large, deep-water pool is just a few steps from your door. Please view the photos.

After the initial, pre-paid usage expires, the guests can extend usage at their own expense for a charge of 29 Turkish Lire For loss of the internet connection stick, the guest will be charged $200US prior to departure.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
High Season (May 01-Oct 31) .. $2000 US/week (two week minimum)
Low Season (Nov 01-Apr 30) .. $1500 US/week (four week minimum)
$100 US cleaning fee.. 50% of rental fee due 30 days prior to
check-in; balance due at check-in. If cancelled less than
15 days prior to check-in, no refund will be made.
$500 US refundable damage deposit will be collected at
check-in.

Dr. Laurence J. O'Connell, executive and former professor. Married to Sedef, a native of Istanbul. I presently serve as the Honorary Consul General for the Turkish Republic at Sacramento, California.

We enjoy the surroundings, the lovely climate, and easy access to the sea. We have a large circle of Turkish friends who also enjoy life on the Bodrum Peninsula, and it is the perfect place to entertain our American/European friends and family.
