Everything is available within five minutes -- restaurants, the beach, massage/spa, windsurfing club, grocery shopping, and much more. Gundogan is a few minutes drive to the new yacht marina in Yalikavak and a few minutes from the pulsing nightlife at Turkbuku.
Gundogan is centrally located on the Bodrum Peninsula. Our property is within a gated compound consisting of 10 villas. The house is about 200 square meters. A couple is in residence at the compound to oversee the property. The balcony is large (accommodates a comfortable dining table) overlooking beautiful Gundogan Bay -- one of the most pristine Bays in Turkey.
