The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy the view, golfing, practice range, chipping and putting greens, 16 tennis courts, fitness center at the club house and the many pools and spas with-in 150 yards of our condo. The 85,000 sq. ft. club house offers so much. We love the openness our newly remodeled kitchen, living room and dinning area has given us.

We purchased this property because we love the valley in general and Palm Valley Country Club inparticular. The central location, two great golf courses for all skill levels, and breathtaking mountain views sealed the deal for us. We wanted a property we could enjoy, and this one--particularly after the remodel--is perfect. We love the floor plan with all the wonderful viewing space and the 3 bedrooms toward the back were equally importand to us. Located on Hollyhock Drive.

What isn't there to like about Palm Springs and this condo! Great location, great golf, awesome pools, and this condo has everything you'll need. Best of all...it's spotless. We will definetly book again. The clubhouse also has excellent food if you choose to dine out.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

My husband and I have stayed here twice, both times for a long weekend Thursday - Sunday. We were pleased that it looked JUST as it does in the photos, even better. I am really picky about cleaning, but the place was spotless. I love to cook, so the kitchen was great. It has as great view of the 14th hole, I think? And the patio is great. The entire club itself is great, we played on the Challenge course and it was beautiful. We also got massages at the spa which were wonderful. It's also close to grocery stores, etc, and great restaurants. The owners are great to deal with, they had their own contract and they were professional, but still friendly.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We just loved staying here. We are always worried about staying in "other people's" homes but this unit was so clean and organized and the kitchen is brand new! We watched movies on the big screen TV, ate dinner on the patio and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. We brought our kids and they loved swimming in the heated pool by the club house and we also used the neighborhood private pools where we were virtually alone most of the time! We used the drop-off childcare while we golfed and the kids were very happy when we picked them up; crafts in hand! The property owners were very organized and accomodating and I cannot wait to go back! Thank you.
