We just returned home from a stay at your condo and loved it! We loved having a 'homey' place to return to after a day of sightseeing. With the location being so 'central' it made day trips to the north, south, and west sides all within an hour drive. The bed was very comfortable, and the nice clean pool just a few steps from the condo. It was nice to have the washer/dryer to use to make packing lighter. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. I'm glad we found this nice quiet unit and complex and hope to return again someday. Aloha till then.....Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

A nice unit, well set up for those travelling with little ones. We felt at home here and our 17 month old loved being able to stroll out from the patio and onto a large lawn area.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

We stayed in this condo for a week and found it very comfortable with everything we needed. The location is great! It is located half way between Poipu and Princeville. It is also located between Lihue and Kapaa for a great selection of restaurants. The beach is a very short walk from the condo which offers 4 miles of sandy beach. The condo is located on one end of the property so it is quiet, but close to the pool and BBQ's. The grounds are beautiful and well mantained. We enjoyed our stay very much and are looking forward to returning.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

This is a well-equipped condominium unit in a perfect location. It has all the appliances and conveniences, nice kitchen, large refrigerator, WiFi, just like at home. We have been to the Garden Island four times and we knew our way around and it was a wise choice to select Kaha Lani #101 for our fourth visit. It is just a short walk to the safe ocean swimming area at Lydgate Park regardless of the surf (nice swimming except when the swimming area filled up with driftwood after the severe storms and torrential rains in early March 2012). The swimming pool at the resort, just in view of your rear door step, is kept meticulously clean and it is even heated during the cool season of the year. The pictures at the vrbo website describe the unit accurately, it was just as we had expected it. I would recommend this unit to all my friends and family and we would like to come back and stay there again. We are only two people and we have not tried this unit with an occupancy of four, it may be a lot of extra work to set up the hide-a-bed in the living room in the evening and take it down in the morning. Some days we skipped eating solid lunch and enjoyed a double scoop of Lappert's ice cream instead. Aloha!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.

overall nice condo but washing machine failed before we arrived (there was a note from previous tenant). We stayed 1 mo. and though promised unit was never replaced. Don't miss Bubba's hamburgers, Roy's and the Beach House at sunset(make reservations as soon as you arrive for a sunset dinner.Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+.
Owner response: We sincerely apologize to this guest. When he reported the problem we immediately purchased a new washer/dryer. Delivery on Kauai is three weeks. The tenant used the on site facilities. The new washer/dryer was scheduled for installation on 2/23. We drove down to meet the installer and received a call that one of the parts was missing. It is now 3/9 and we still do not have the part from the island's major appliance dealer. We have fixed the washer/dryer so that it operates (but it is noisy so you have to put in a load and go to the beach) . One of the benefits of this unit is the convenience of a washer/dryer in the unit. Again, we apologize.

We have owned on Kauai for many years. This is a special location with unobstructed ocean views across a wide expanse of lawn. Our unit is away from the parking lot and sports field, is an end unit and is close to the pool and barbeque area.
