Kihei Kai Nani is a one-bedroom/one bath -- newly renovated condo on the second floor, with nobody above you. This comfortable vacation rental is air conditioned in the living room/dining room, has a private garden view, queen-size firm, comfortable bed, and has an additional queen sofa bed, and a nicely remodeled bathroom.
This vacation rental has fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, refrigerator, convenient outdoor barbecue, laundry facilities, shuffleboard, and a huge swimming pool with a large sunbathing deck; The condo has a custom handsomely tiled floor, with carpeting in the bedroom. Enjoy the privacy of this Hawaiian garden condo, being an end unit away from others provides extra light, windows, and air flow.
Kihei Kai Nani is located one mile north of the magnificent Wailea resorts and golf courses. Across the road from Kihei Kai Nani is beautiful Kamaole Beach Park II in South Kihei, one of the most picturesque, fine white sand beaches in Maui, which also has excellent snorkeling. Since this vacation rental is easy walking distance to two other gorgeous sandy beaches, shops, many restaurants, and a health food store, you could save the expense of a rental car.

Why the Owner Chose Kihei Kai Nani
We chose to buy this special vacation rental because it's an end unit with more light, air flow, and privacy. Plus this condo is so close to three gorgeous beaches and a great variety of restaurants.
You can easily save hundreds of dollars by not renting a car, since our condo is in such a fabulous location. We'll let you know how to get picked up at the airport and be driven to the door -- its ideal.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The location of our condo makes it easy to get around. Its less than a half hour drive to the Kahului (main) airport. Make a left our of our driveway and in less than five minutes you'll be approaching famous Wailea beaches and resorts. Within walking distance from our condo you'll have the convenience of a full shopping district with plenty of restaurants. Across the street from the condo are three fine sandy beaches - its just like paradise.
The Kam beaches, just across the street, are great for swimming, boogie boarding (there'll be two boogie boards for you to use) and excellent snorkeling. Plus, there are beautiful beach walks -- both easy short walks and longer ones for more exercise.

We live less than a mile from our Kihei Kai Nani condo and Kihei Akahi studio -- so we can personally keep it in excellent condition. We love Maui and our condos enable us to share the Aloha spirit with others. We especially LOVE the ocean. Ever since we first met and swam in synch with each other, we knew a place like Maui was meant for us. As a family, we share these gorgeous beaches with our 7 year old and enjoy every time.
We find it fulfilling to share special places, beaches, and the best places to eat with our guests -- since we know the area like the palm of our hand. Kihei beaches are the best, and have fabulous weather. There is no where else on earth we'd rather be. We hope you'll enjoy all that Hawaii on your next vacation.

Aloha!! The unit was very clean on Our arrival also very spacious and comfortable for a 1 bedroom condo. It is less than a minute away from the beach and other bars and restaurants and also very close the any convenient stores so no car is necessary (but recommended anyway). The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and dishes. We did not have ANY problems with the unit or even getting there from the airport because it is located right off the main street. Tons of activities are available very close to the unit like Paddleboard/surfing/kayak rentals, Harleys/Scooters rentals and dive/scuba shops. We hope to come back to Maui and as soon as possible!!

First time to Maui. The condo was clean, comfortable, convenient and updated. Although I only used the microwave, the kitchen is ready to cook. Excellant communication with the owners and Hope. The grounds were well maintained and the staff was friendly and considerate. It was a minute walk to the beach across the street to see a Hawaiian sunset. And lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Great location to enjoy a relaxing or physical Maui experience. I would come again. Thank you.

Aloha Michael and Barbara, We wanted to thank you for letting us stay at your condo at Kihei Kai Nani. The unit is lovely, clean, comfortable, in a terrific location across from the beach. We had a wonderful time. It was just what we needed for a truly relaxing vacation ! The Road to Hana CD was a great little extra for us, and we somehow did the West Maui Mountain drive - sort of by accident the day before, so it made Hana seem like a piece of cake! But the CD was a bonus. The location is wonderful and we felt that the value was unbeatable. We drove to Lahaina and Kanaapali, but decided we like south Kihei better. It felt very relaxed and casual. We liked Fred's and Moose, and Deli 808 and ate at Cafe O'Lei twice - once for my birthday and the second time for our 10th anniversary. We would recommend your condo to anyone and eventually, we might just make it back there. Your hostess Hope was wonderful too and we appreciated the treats she left us and her help.

We stayed at this condo the end of September and beginning of October for 6 nights. I was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Because it's an end unit on the top floor it was quiet and felt secluded. The grill was right next to the building and we used it several times. All of the housewares included in the kitchen were great for doing our own cooking. The beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie board included were so great too! We got good use out of them. This is a great condo and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Maui. We loved the location in Kihei right across from the beach and this unit is in one of the closest buildings to the beach. It's not in the building right off of the street, though, which would have been noisier. We loved our stay!!
