- This is a 55 and older community. One of the best golf courses in the desert. Golf cart provided. There is a huge clubhouse, gym, community pool and many clubs. Restaurant on the grounds. Close to El Paso shopping, La Quinta, Old Town Indio and Palm Springs Airport. This is a home that is lived in by owners when not rented - so every convenience plus more is there. 70 inch TV in family room and state of the art sound system. Private pool and hot tub in a serene setting.
