Don't feel like making the short walk to the beach, no problem, hang out and soak up the sun on over 2000 SF of private deck space (chaise lounge and swings chairs provided). Listen to your favorite tunes on CD or XM SIRUS radio via our whole house audio system, even on the decks. Should you need TV, we have you covered with a 60 inch Sony LCD featuring every movie channel available on Dish Network. 2nd Master suite makes this home perfect for multiple families looking to vacation together. WI-FI is broadcast throughout the house but our private office on the ground floor is accessible for those who must stay in touch with the office! Why the Owner Chose Bayside at Ocean City
I started coming to Ocean City regularly 10 years ago primarily for offshore sport fishing on the weekends. Wanting a place where my family could vacation we found this lot and decide to build a large home that could entertain family and friends throughout the summer. The location and neighborhood is the best in West Ocean City and is the perfect place for a beach house.
The Unique Benefits of this House
In this house you are just close enough to the excitment that Ocean City has to offer but outside of the traffic and noise. It's a quiet place, fantastic location, and perfect for large families. We virtually never drive into town as you can easily walk to all the hot spots or go by boat. Our favorite thing to do is to take the boat to the sandbar or assateague island.
