Year Purchased: 2005
We are the owners, Bill and Lezlei Kelly. We purchased our condo in 2005 after coming to Marco Island for several years on vacation, we loved the quiet and privacy of the Island and the peaceful atmosphere so much that we wanted a more permanent place. We liked the Island so much that we have since bought a house and kept our condo for rental.
Why the Owner Chose Smokehouse Harbor
We bought our condo because we love the peace and quiet and restful atmosphere of the area. You can enjoy sunsets over the water, relax on the beach or enjoy boating or fishing on the water. It is so much different from the crowds and traffic of most other vacation locations.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo is in a nice private location so you can relax, but you are only minutes from restaurants, shops, the beach, the marina and the water. It is the best of both worlds and really is a vacation paradise.
