From your own dock you can explore over 28 miles of fresh water lakes and rivers in your canoe or kayak - power boats can navigate Biscay and Pemiquid lakes. This location is a kayak paradise. If the fresh water is not enough you can take a short ride to the ocean and explore the endless miles of ocean rivers and islands.
Within minutes you can drive to Damariscotta for full shopping and entertainment. Minutes in the other direction and you on the ocean.
Relax and just watch the water from the closed in porch or the patio in the front yard or enjoy many water activity.
Warning - it's quiet at night- many people have trouble getting out of bed in the morning. Mid coast Maine is a paradise of fresh and salt water lakes and rivers- you could spend a lifetime trying to visit or fish them all.
