Casa Tranquilla is an ancient Umbrian Farm property, which enjoys spectacular views over the hill beyond from its position. Sitting in a secluded area extending to 2 acres. .

The upper farm house 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms, a swimming pool 17 ft. by 30 ft.. There are BBQ areas, tables and play areas.

At the end of my road is a very good bar and restaurant. A village with shopping facilities is approximate 3 km.
