This bright and cheery unit in Seagrove Beach is located in Cassine Gardens a very family oriented and serene community. Surrounded by the natural vegetation of Northwest Florida and a haven for bird watchers and nature trail lovers these townhomes are truly in a great location.
Once you stay at this unit you will never want to stay anywhere else. The decorator put a lot of thought into making this the perfect vacation home.
The first floor has a well equipped kitchen which overlooks the living and dining area. The living area has a sofa and a Television and DVD player.
You won’t want to hang inside once you see the screened in porch, it is so serene with trees surrounded everywhere and the lake nearby with waterfall.
You will love coming out in the morning with a cup of coffee while enjoying the nature and peacefulness that surrounds you. It is also just a short walk to the community grill area and fishing pond.
The second floor has two queen bedrooms with a shared bath.
The first queen bedroom has been decorated with brown wicker furniture and palm tree décor also has a private balcony. The second bedroom is bright and colorful with a private screened porch area which is so peaceful.

You will love all that Cassine Gardens has to offer, with two community pool areas, tennis courts, fishing pond area, nature trails, there is a beautiful bridge that leads to a gazebo and picnic area with grills which are all just a short walk from the unit.
Cassine Garden is centrally located between Destin and Panama City Beach. It is walking distance to some of the most popular spots in the area such as Café Thirty A; which people come back to year after year , Angelina’s; Flip Flops Grille which has the best burgers in town and also Lo Botana a new favorite for locals, they have live music nightly and great food.
The lovely community of Seaside is about half a mile from Cassine. Where they have movie night on Fridays,concerts on Wednesday's, Bud and Alley’s is a great place to watch the sunset, there is so much to do on 30 A there would be no reason to go any farther.
If it is shopping you want to do check out Pier Park, Panama City Beach’s shopping and entertainment center, it has some great stores, restaurants such as Nashville’s Famous Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge and Jimmy Buffets Margaretville or catch a movie at The Grand Theatre.
