There is 19' Flat Panel TV and DVD player in the master as well. The second bedroom has a Full over Full Bunk Bed, making this unit ideal for families. The living space features a comfy ultra suede sofa with chaise for lounge-time, which converts to a pull-out sofa bed. Gas fireplace, Leather chair and 32' wall mounted TV with DVD player.
UNIT FEATURES:
The entry way features a small mud room for coats and shoe/ski storage. Plenty of Closet space.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS:
The fully furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) features, self-cleaning oven with smooth top range, microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. To compliment these appliances the kitchen also features all utensils, plates, cookware, baking and serving dishes. The kitchen also features a coffee maker and toaster. The dining table is spacious enough for 6.

About the owner: We are a young Denver based family that loves the Rockies! So much to do in Frisco..Rent a boat, kayak, bike, hike, fish, ski, rollerblade,wine & dine, swim, hot tub,relax...Our beloved Australian Shepherds are no longer with us, but our boys certainly know how to make the most of it in Summit County!
Why the Owner Chose Ten Mile Creek:
We love the mountains! Frisco has that small town quaint feel to it. It is a great place to spend time all year round! We love to ski in winter, but LOVE to hike and bike in the summer!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our family enjoys walking Main Street, hitting the coffee shops and restaurants. During the winter we get around town on foot, towing our 2 little ones on a sled behind us. There are great family friendly hikes nearby and the bike path as well. In the snowy months we enjoy hitting all the major resorts as we are within 10-20 minutes of Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail.
