The living space features a comfy ultra suede sofa with chaise for lounge-time, and converts to a pull-out sofa bed.Leather chair and 32" wall mounted TV.

The entry way features a small mud room for coats and shoe/ski storage. Plenty of Closet space.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS:
The fully furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) features, self-cleaning oven with smooth top range, microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Why the Owner Chose Ten Mile Creek
We love the mountains! Frisco has that small town quaint feel to it. It is a great place to spend time all year round! We love to ski in winter, but LOVE to hike and bike in the summer!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our family enjoys walking Main Street, hitting the coffee shops and restaurants. During the winter we get around town on foot, towing our 2 little ones on a sled behind us. There are great family friendly hikes nearby and the bike path as well. In the snowy months we enjoy hitting all the major resorts as we are within 10-20 minutes of Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail.
