Tropical Haven Vacation Villa
This two story, 3000 square foot under air villa, built in 2006, is truly a tropical haven.
Upon stepping into the “Grand Foyer”, you are transported into paradise.
The first floor has a formal dining room that is elegantly appointed and opens up to the lanai. Passing through the butler’s pantry, you enter the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, state of the art appliances, and a breakfast bar. The kitchen nook, with a window seat as well as a dining set, is convenient for more informal meals. The first floor also has a half bath.
The kitchen and family room both open up to the lanai/pool area.
The comfortable family room furniture, TV, and stereo system make for cozy evenings with family and friends.
The extra large lanai has plenty of room for relaxing in the sun or shade. Enjoy the outdoors barbecuing, lounging, and swimming in complete privacy. The south east facing pool and spa are heated upon request for your comfort.
Ascending the stairway to the second floor, you enter an office furnished with a comfortable couch, and functional desk. For your convenience, the laundry room is on the second floor.
Also upstairs, are three bedrooms. Both guest bedrooms have queen sized beds and share a full bath. When you enter the master bedroom suite, you will see an inviting sitting area with a TV and DVD. There is king sized bed and the master bath has a double sink, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. The master bedroom also has its own private balcony. Open the French doors to a screened in veranda and sit and enjoy the view.
Your vacation becomes a perfect blend of an exotic paradise with all the comforts of home.
