The complex has direct access to the white sandy beaches of the Caribbean Ocean. The water is crystal blue, the waves are kid friendly, big enough for fun boogie-boarding but not too big!
This condo has a fantastic overall view of the beautiful Xaman-ha gardens, two pools joined by a wet snack bar, and the Caribbean Sea.

Great Xaman-Ha Experience

My husband and I had a great week at Xaman-Ha the end of January/beginning of February. Our unit was wonderful--immacuately clean and everything worked perfectly. The pictures provided by the owner accurately describe the unit. We had a lovely view of both the grounds of Xaman-Ha and the ocean from our double balcony. Fifth Avenue with all its restaurants and shopping is within a short walk. The only drawback of this particular unit is that there are many sets of stairs to get to it. If you have any trouble negotiating stairs, this unit would not be for you. They did not cause us any problems. We had the unfortunate timing of being there for the three days (our last three days) that it took to reclaim the entire beach on the Xaman-Ha side of the ferry dock, but that in no way was the fault of anyone at Xaman-Ha. The beach is now wonderful! We only wish our stay had been longer because we weren't ready to leave! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Xaman-Ha to anyone looking for a relaxing and laid-back visit to Playa del Carmen.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.
