This house serves as a main residence to a couple working abroad most of the year. You will thus find all the comforts and the safety of your own house in a quiet neighborhood close to the forest, a few minutes from the mountain and cross country trails. The view over the forest and Mountain are breathtaking and omnipresent as there are more windows then walls.
It has two closed bedrooms, a living room and an office and can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.
Main Floor
The entrance on the south wall gives access to a spacious wardrobe and laundry room with front loading appliances on the right and a fully equipped kitchen on the left. The space then opens up to a large living area with large windows and 18” ceiling facing the mountain. The windows are equipped with hidden shades for intimacy.
The dining portion of the floor has a wooden table and chairs for up to 8 and the living room has new microsuede couches, wooden furniture and a rocking chair. There is a subtle but powerful 5.1 550 watts sound system as well as a playstation connected to a flat screen tv.
The main floor bathroom has a shower with a lot of pressure and a quiet toilet.
Upper Floor
The wooden stairs leading up are within the open space and are very well illuminated, once up the stairs you are in a small office area with a futon, a lot of daylight, a 1080p LCD screen and a small desk. On the southern side is a the master bedroom, on the west side is the guest bedroom.
Both bedrooms have a great view of the mountain and very opaque curtain. The master bedroom however has its own private patio door and balcony. There is ample storage for prolonged stays and the bathroom with jacuzzi is perfect for intimacy. The queen sized bed has plenty of extra blankets and heat can be adjusted independently from the rest of the house.

Why the Owner Chose Quebec City
Mont-Sainte-Anne has the best of both worlds, it is wild and has easy access to water and mountain but is only 30 minutes from Quebec city and all its services. It is safe and well organized, people are friendly and interesting.
