Why the Owner Chose Coral Cove
We fell in love with the neighborhood and so will you. We loved all of the trees and the community park. The park is huge bonus with the boat launch and fishing pier. We enjoy just sitting under the oaks or on the pier listening to the singing bridge watching the sunset. We love that we are so close to everything. We can even ride our bikes or walk to the beach. We love that we don't have to cross 41 or any highways to put our boat in the gulf, we just go to the park.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This home will allow you relax and enjoy paradise without even leaving home. You and your family will enjoy just sitting around the pool or spa, with the fans blowing on you. If you do decide to leave the house you could roll the kayaks or the boat down to the park and take a tour of the intercoastal waterway, Little Sarasota Bay and it's sanctuaries. You could pull the bikes out of the garage and ride to the beach for a ride or head to the museum, golf course, theater or baseball game of your choice.
