Phenomenal beach property that makes you feel at home the second you walk in.
Great open floor plan for comfortable living. Downstairs has the great room and kitchen area and right off the kitchen is the huge screened-in porch. Off the great room are the 2 bedrooms with a buddy bath and a half bath in the hall.
One bedroom has a double bed the other has 2 twins. This area can be closed off to ensure quiet for napping kids or adults. One bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the screened porch.
Upstairs are 2 master suites, both with queen sized beds and both opening on to the huge balcony. The main master suite has separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. TV and DVD available.
Outside shower is ideal after a day at the beach. Outside hammock is also available to just read or take an outside nap.
Great neighborhood for kids to ride their bikes, roller blade, skateboard or for families to take a nice long walk.
House backs up to the Assawoman canal and is a great place to bird watch and enjoy the quiet setting of nature at it's best.

Why the Owner Chose Other Ocean View Properties
Grew up going to Bethany Beach for the summers and have been bringing my children for over 20 years. Our children love it so much they work in Bethany for the summers.

It is in a small close knit neighborhood, safe for the kids to be out on their bikes. It is close to the beach, an easy bike ride. It backs up to the Assawoman Canal and you can rent kayaks and take it directly to the Bay.
