Tree Top Villa is set in an acre mature, leafy gardens and just a one minute stroll to the best part of the world famous sparkling turquoise waters and white sands of the best strip of the famous Grace Bay beach. Located on a private cul-de-sac opening on to Grace Bay Beach, the villa provides a peaceful and tranquil setting. There is no need for a car with the main restaurants and bars, pharmacy, bank/ATM and grocery store all located within a ten minute walk.
This villa has the best access to the pristine sands of Grace Bay beach- sub one minute walk takes you direct to the beach where you can spend the day on the various floaties provided at the billa.
The villa is upstairs with separate entrance and driveway to the downstairs villa (utilised only by the owner when they are on island). The house is the only building on the very large acre block. The upstairs villa has sole access to the very spacious back garden complete with mature plants, vegetable garden to potter around, duck pen, hammock and back deck with bbq ensuring privacy for renters.
This is a house for entertaining with large open-plan living, dining and a kitchen area that flows out onto a wind free 30 square metre covered balcony with glimpses of the ocean and a spectacular leafy surrounds of the mature garden offset with the relaxing sound of the sea. Seat yourself in the rocking chairs and read a book or fire up the BBQ and grill the day's catch or sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down..
It is especially spacious - with the entertaining area to match- and a brand new maple custom built kitchen installed early 2012, plasma tv as well as both wired and wireless broadband connections and cable tv.
The house was completely remodelled in Dec 2011 and is brand new to the short term rental market. Be the first to try its luxury, clean ness and objets d'arts from around the world decorating its interior.
In the very generous back garden there is a large wooden deck for open sky entertaining with bbq, table, chairs, umbrella and sun loungers- and a few steps away a large hammock nestled under the jacaranda and palm trees . If you like gardening, feel free to potter around in the reticulated gardens- who knows- perhaps youll have time to plant some seeds in the flower and vegetable garden and watch them come up!!
You will be amused by the antics of the two resident (tame) Pekin ducks- Jemima and Puddleduck- who may even provide you with an egg or two- and have some seats near their pen for viewing. Depending on the nature of your pets, they might be able to stay too.
It's a wonderful base from which to benefit from the award winning restaurants of the Grace Bay Resort which is nearby and the famous kite surfing and sun baking beaches - providing both sheltered or windy waters depending on your mood. Nearby activities include golf, waterskiing, kayaking, hobby cats/paddleboard/kayak rental, diving, snorkeling and kite surfing.
Or feeling too lazy - utilise the fully kitted out kitchen and have dinner on your balcony to the sounds of the waves or perhaps fire up the gas BBQ on your private garden deck and dine under the stars or just commune with nature while lying in the hammock.
Why stay in a condo surrounded by heaps of noisy families when you have the benefit of privacy and the beach within a few steps. Why rent a place with a shared pool fully of screaming kids when for a sub one minute walk you have miles and miles of pristine Grace Bay beach.

Its less than a 30 second walk to Grace Bay beach- rated as one of the top spots in the world. On days when there is no wind I go diving...and on days when there is wind I hit the water and go kite surfing. Other days I like making a gin and tonic and lazing in the garden on a hammock.

Just returned from an amazing week vacation in Turks and Caicos where we stayed at Leesa's most wonderful tree top villa. We stayed in the top floor unit. We felt at home right away, every corner of the house has character with art items and colorful decorations. The floor is all tiled with large earthy color tiles that immediately gave us a warm feeling. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. We like to cook and enjoy good food on vacations and the kitchen was superb. It is amazingly equipped with everything you need, spacious and very clean. We enjoyed so much our breakfasts in the balcony, so peaceful and breezy, surrounded by Leesa's well kept garden. The BBQ area in the garden is absolutely a gem! We love BBQ and this one was so easy to use, so comfortable and romantic. We did not rent a car so location was important to us. The house is conveniently located in walking distance to everything you need. Ten minutes walk to a large gourmet supermarket, easy 3 minutes walk to the famous Grace beach. It is also a short walking distance to many restaurants. Leesa is such a wonderful owner. All communications with her were so smooth and friendly. She let us use many of her beach items including bucket and pail set for our 6 year old daughter that enjoyed it so much. Leesa gave us many useful tips on attractions and nearby activities. Thank you so much Leesa for letting us stay at your amazing villa. We would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family!

My husband and I had our best holiday ever in Turks & Caicos. We LOVED the beach, the gorgeous apartment, and lovely Leesa, the most friendly owner ever. I can't recommend the apartment more - it's minutes from the beach, just refurbished, clean and fresh, with a great back garden BBQ deck area and huge veranda. It's got great beach equipment, including a hilarious giant inflatable for sunbathing while floating on the sea. Leesa picked us up from the airport, and gave us tonnes of recommendations on all the best things to do on the island, not least a meal at Coco Bistro, the best restaurant on the island, and a short walk away. I've already recommended this apartment to all my friends and family, and we'll be back next year!
