The villa is upstairs with separate entrance and driveway to the downstairs villa. The house is the only building on the very large block. Accommodates 4 with a large bedroom (double bed) and en suite and a separate twin bedroom (which can be made into a double bed). This is a house for entertaining with large open-plan living, dining and a kitchen area that flows out onto a shaded wind free 30 square metre balcony with a spectacular view of the tree tops and the relaxing sound of the sea.
It's a wonderful base from which to benefit from the award winning restaurants of the Grace Bay Resort which is nearby and the famous kite surfing and sun baking beaches - providing both sheltered or windy waters depending on your mood. Nearby activities include golf, waterskiing, kayaking, catamaraning, diving, snorkeling and kite surfing.
Or feeling too lazy - a BBQ on your balcony as you watch the sun set … or even in the grounds if you feel like communing with nature while lying in one of the hammocks dotted around the property.

Its less than a minute walk to Grace Bay beach- rated as one of the top spots in the world. On days when there is no wind I go diving...and on days when there is wind I hit the water and go kite surfing. Other days I like making a gin and tonic and lazing in the garden on a hammock.
