Watching the river flow by from just about any room in either house is very relaxing. Jet boats and tour boats drive by all day. Early mornings and late evenings the property is visited by many mule deer.
One day you can fish for bass or trout right in front of the house, the next hike and 4 wheel in the Walala National Forest and the next jet boat up the famous Snake River to the River of no return (The beautiful Salmon River).

Why the Owner Chose Asotin
The property is located just at the gateway to the world famous Hells Canyon Recreational area. It includes whitewater rafting trips, whitewater jet boating, hiking, fishing and hunting. Something to do any time of year.
The Unique Benefits at this House and Guest House
The property has a regulation tennis court overlooking the Snake River while you play tennis. It has a large exercise room equipped with a Precor elliptical machine, a smith system weight machine and other equipment as well as a large screen TV. The guest house includes a regulation pool table, ping pong table, and wet bar. There are two four wheelers on the property available to rent, fishing on the river in front of the house. A 26" jet boat is also available to rent that would include a guide/driver to explore the Snake Rivers many rapids, or fish for Sturgeon, trout, steelhead, and bass.

My wife and I own Thunder Jet Boats in Clarkston, Washington. We live in San Diego, California part of the year and use the home on the Snake River while visiting our business and also to enjoy the many fishing and boating destinations in the area.
