A full set of dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, small appliances and serving pieces are also provided.
The focal point of the gracious dining area is a magnificent circular, glass toped dining table which seats 8 comfortably. For outside dining (easily accessible from the kitchen), there are 2 additional elegant dining areas on the terrace, adjacent to large outdoor kitchen, complete with built in gas barbeque.
A separate, fully secure, wing includes an office / den, with large desk top work areas, and convenient computer station (high speed, wireless internet available); a large master bedroom with king size bed; walk out to terrace; and over-sized en-suite bathroom with double sinks and built in vanity table.
A separate, secure, casita, overlooks another mature garden area, containing a variety of mature plants (birds of paradise, roses, lilies to name only a few). This charmingly decorated guest house contains two separate bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, 3 piece en-suite washroom, large built in closets, and seating area.
Other amenities include a separate laundry room with washer, drier, and separate ironing/sewing room; a secure work shop / tool room; 3 piece washroom adjacent to work area; and covered parking. Full water filtration system insures potable water throughout.

Garden Paradise in Upper Ajijic

Why the Owner Chose Ajijic
We fell in love with Ajijic seven years ago, and knew that it was the perfect place for us to spend our winters (avoiding the Canadian cold and snow). We bought a house the first year we were there, in a neighbourood that we considered to be the nicest, and most convenient in the area. This past winter, we discovered another house in the same area, but with many more impressive characteristics. We couldn't resist the temptation, and bought it. We can't wait to get back to enjoy it again next November, but in the meantime, it seems a shame to have this lovely house sit there unused and unappreciated.
The Unique Benefits at this House
It has everything: beautiful lake and mountain views, close proximity to the village; but quiet, private and secure. A wonderful place to entertain, or enjoy your own solitude - the house is bright, spacious and comfortable, with a lovely patio, and fantastic gardens.
