We purchased a new home in Sunset Beach, after renting in the community and falling in love with the location, ammentities, and the quality of the contruction.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home has wonderful ocean views and breezes from both 2nd floor decks. Our favorite pastime is starting our mornings off with a cup of coffee on the deck and finishing a long day at the beach with a glass of wine, watching the beautiful sunsets from the same deck. We also love walking to the many wonderful restaurants and shops along 30A. Since we are situated directly between Alys and Rosemary Beach, you have ample choices in either direction!

We are the original owners of Aqua Vue. We live in Atlanta, GA and have always enjoyed returning to the most wonderful beaches in South Walton. We use our home typically one week each Spring and Fall and always over the Christmas Holidays, through New Years. Sunset beach has maintained its original character, since we purchased 7 years ago. The community will very well maintained and the common areas, landscaping, and pool and beach areas of superb. We love the pet friendly beaches.
