Why the Owner Chose Villas at Sunset Beach
We purchased a new home in Sunset Beach, after renting in the community and falling in love with the location, amenities, and the quality of the construction.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home has wonderful ocean views and breezes from the Kitchen, Master Bed Room and both of the 2nd floor decks. Our favorite pastime is starting our mornings off with a cup of coffee on the deck and finishing a long day at the beach with a glass of wine, watching the beautiful sunsets from the same deck. We also love walking to the many wonderful restaurants and shops along 30A. Since we are situated directly between Alys and Rosemary Beach, you have ample choices in either direction!

We are the original owners of Aqua Vue. We live in Atlanta, GA and have always enjoyed returning to the most wonderful beaches in South Walton. We use our home typically one week each Spring and Fall and always over the Christmas Holidays, through New Years. Sunset beach has maintained its original character, since we purchased 9 years ago. The community is very well maintained and the common areas, landscaping, and pool and beach areas are superb. We love the pet friendly beaches.

Just returned from our first visit to Aqua Vue - perfect location, great access to the beach, and a really great home for the week. Unlike a lot of rentals - the pictures are true to the current condition and the house is so comfortable - none of that awful wicker furniture and 'carribean' decor you get in most places! Think upscale Pottery Barn and lots of comfy places to relax. We love walking to the restaurants and shops @ Rosemary and Alys - and so close to Seaside and the state parks. Thanks, Ken for a great stay - we'll be back! We also had great luck fishing with Capt Mike @ Trigger Happy Fishing out of Grayton - super guy and we caught a lot of fish!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
