Within a short walking distance to the Night Heron Park, the Sanctuary Hotel, shopping, and restaurants.
Luxury living with granite, tile and all the comforts of home! As you enter this 2 bedroom villa, you will enjoy the open feeling of the main living and dining areas. The large dining room table is perfect for family meals after a day of fun on the beach. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the things you’ll need for preparing your vacation meals.
Directly off of the living area is an open deck with a round table and chairs for enjoying the seabreezes and the ocean peaks. Walk a few steps down from the deck directly onto the beach path . . .it doesn’t get any more convenient than this!
The master bedroom is located on the back of the villa and offers a king size bed and private bathroom with a walk in closet and a large newly tiled shower. The laundry room with rull-size washer and dryer is located off of the main entry hall. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and also has its own private bathroom with a bathtub.
This property accommodates up to 4 people and offers off street parking as well.
