Located in a charming gated community of terra cotta hacienda style condos called The Ridge, you are surrounded by stunning red rocks, two great golf courses and all that Sedona has to offer.
Constructed in 2003. All beds are brand new as of May 2009. The designer decor showcases luxury without formality and elegance with comfort.
The fully appointed kitchen with bar seating opens onto the great room where there is a 42" flat screen TV with HD DVR and DirectTV 200 channels. Equiped with DVD, CD, IPod player and hi-speed DSL line WiFi throughout.
A gas fireplace glows in the cooler months, and the outdoor terrace with Weber gas grill provides the ideal gathering spot in the summer. Antique golf art used throughout.
The downstairs bedroom is outfitted with twin beds and has a full bath which can also serve as a powder room if entertaining. The master suite is secluded upstairs with its own balcony, full jacuzzi tub and walk-in closet. Additional Arizona room downstairs has queen sofa bed.
Located at Sedona Golf Resort and adjacent to Oak Creek Country Club's Robert Trent Jones Sr course. Both of these welcome the public. Both golf courses have great casual restaurants for lunch or after golf cocktails.
The Hilton Spa & Fitness Center with gym, pool, hot tub & tennis courts is a 5 minute walk from the front door. We include a limited number of complimentary passes with your rental. In addition, you may purchase daily, weekly or monthly packages directly from the Hilton.

Why the Owner Chose Sedona
Sedona is one of the most amazing areas of the United States. Of course the red rock views are stunning, but in addition, there's a small town atmosphere and all kinds of activities. You'll even notice an international flair due to the fact that great chefs and entertainers are also attracted to the area. Our condo is especially suited to golfers as we are located at Sedona Golf Resort and a 2 minute drive to Oak Creek Country Club which although a CC, welcomes the public. There are several excellent restaurants withing walking distance from the condo's front door.

This condo is exclusively a vacation rental - not owner shared so bedroom closets are empty. Outfitted with completely new furniture May 2009. The condo has everything you need to get your vacation started. All paper products, bathroom soaps, dish and laundry detergent are there. Complimentary tea & coffee for your first morning and a welcome bottle of wine will be there when you arrive. Everything is very new and super clean!
Make tee times, have breakfast, lunch or after golf cocktails with incredible views.

This gorgeous home was big, comfortable, and conveniently located right next to the Hilton property where we enjoyed a massage at the spa and dinner at their restaurant. It is a short and beautiful drive into charming downtown Sedona. The owners were very helpful and left us much information about the area. It was a wonderful place and we would definitely stay there again.

We've rented several homes in the past for vacation purposes and this one has to be the best by far that we've stayed in....I had read the reviews before and it's so true--Rod and Robin have thought of everything. We were so comfortable in their beautifully decorated condo. We only stayed 2 nights, but I wish we had planned to stay longer in Sedona. If we ever go back, I would definitely want to stay here again. It was an easy experience booking our stay as well.

We took the kids on vacation and stayed at this classy condo for 2 nights to see Sedona and go up to the Grand canyon. We took the pink jeep tour which was very entertaining and saw a lot of the sites around town.It snowed overnight so it was a real treat to see Sedona after a snowfall, it was even more amazing then it usually is! Unfortunately we did not get to see the Grand Canyon because of the weather but now we have a good excuse to come again. Thanks Robin and Rod for allowing us to stay at your lovely condo, everyone agreed this was the most wonderful place we stayed at. Thanks also for the bottle of wine and all the little extras that helped make our stay one we will not forget. We would definitely recommend your condo to anyone wanting a nice place to stay and awesome people to rent from. Thanks again! L&M

Four of us stayed at the condo and felt so welcomed the minute we opened the door. The place was immaculate, beautifully decorated and inviting. We have stayed at several VRBO homes in the last several years, but this was the best one we have encountered. We only stayed for 3 nights and wish we would have stayed longer....next year! I want to know where I can get a grapevine moose head for over my fireplace!!

I love Sedona and I usually stay at enchantment but I was bringing my kids and sister so I found this condo it was so comfortable and beautiful I didn't want to leave, Robin was so easy and pleasant to work with we had a blast...

My brother and I met a good friend and spent a week in Sedona. The purpose of the trip was photography. We could not have been happier with Rod and Robin's awesome home! It had everything you could think of. It felt like I never left home. They made our vacation one of the most memorable! There is a great golf course right next door. I can honestly say on a scale of one to ten, this vacation rental was an absolute 10! Rod and Robin went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable visit. The house is really amazing. It offers so much more than you could get in a timeshare rental or hotel. You will be glad you chose this home. I know we intend to go back!
